As the founder, I affirm that MyPredic is a distinct and independent model, specifically designed to be developed and sold alongside the website. At present, it does not form part of any previous projects.

In the future, there may be a possibility of linking earlier initiatives to this platform as a secondary objective. Such integration will only occur if the model is formally connected at a later stage. Should this happen, the platform will evolve to become even more secure and privacy‑centric.

Until a sale takes place, every aspect of responsibility lies solely with the founder and current owner. This includes all mistakes — whether operational, design‑related, or conceptual — as well as every transaction and every promise made to users on the website. Accountability rests entirely with me as the owner.

Furthermore, in the event of a sale, the ownership of both the user data and the model will transfer entirely to the purchaser, who will hold full rights and authority. After the sale, the founders, creators, and former owners will bear no further responsibility or liability.

At present, MyPredic is not part of any company; it is only a website. It is currently listed for sale in FY 2026‑27 at a valuation of USD 500,000. Negotiations on price are possible. The platform carries no debt and has no external investors — only our own investment of time and resources.

This price applies only for the current year. In the future, the valuation may increase, or our intent may change, including the possibility of linking the platform with past projects.

Creating a platform like MyPredic involves language, design, and coding — and mistakes can happen. If any such errors occur, I sincerely apologize. The design has been kept simple by choice, so if it does not appeal to everyone, that is intentional simplicity.

One more important note: we have deliberately chosen the name “Predic” instead of “Predict.” This choice reflects the deeper concept and philosophy behind the model, and it carries the responsibility of its vision.
